 Waiting and Waiting
I ordered a book for my daughter's school and for 4 weeks the site has said shipping soon. School has now started, and I still have no book. I have emailed the seller twice and two business days later, and still no response to my inquiry. They claim customer service, but I haven't seen it yet.
